Media Perspectives


On 18 October, a press conference welcomed media members and industry representatives to a preview of the Hong Kong International Optical Fair 2019. Attending guests were able to gain early access to winning entries from the 21st Hong Kong Eyewear Design Competition while interviewing contest winners and participants.

The 21st Hong Kong Eyewear Design Competition


A prestigious competition that unveils visionary designers of tomorrow, the 21st edition of the Hong Kong Eyewear Design Competition is a powerful platform for talented young designers and students to demonstrate their creative vision to the world. Inspired by this year’s theme of “MUSE”, tomorrow’s visionary designers and their top entries are on display at Hall 1D during the fair period.
