 “Founded in 1999, Media By Phone specialises in super wide-format and wide-format digital printing business. We provide customers with comprehensive printing solutions from advanced printers to finishing solutions, colour management and consumables. We have been participating in Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair for many years to promote our products. Our HP Latex digital printers offering eco-friendly solutions with water-based inks continue to be a key focus at this year’s exhibition. On the first day of exhibition, we took the centre stage at the Exhibitor Forum to introduce our company and the special features of our HP Latex R2000 Printer. The response has been positive and we’ve distributed a lot of samples. Other exhibition highlights include finishing solutions by Fotoba and Matic as well as consumables by Avery Dennison and Senfa. We can meet different customers from Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas here. This fair offers a good place to strengthen our brand and market position for long-term business development. That’s why we exhibit here every year.”

 “Viet Style is showcasing at the Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair for the second consecutive year to find more international customers. We are a leading manufacturer of printed paper bags in Vietnam with production facilities in Ho Chi Minh City. Apart from high-end bags, we are highlighting at this fair a variety of simple pack bags and kraft bags that appeal to a wide spectrum of customers looking for cost-effective packaging solutions. Shortly after the fair’s opening, we’ve met with 14 quality buyers from different areas such as USA, Chile, France, Italy and the Netherlands. They are particularly interested in our kraft bags. We will negotiate further to explore cooperation. Last year’s debut yielded encouraging results. We secured a big client from USA who is now buying about US$500,000 worth of bags a year from us. Two Australian buyers and a Japanese customer we met last year are still actively discussing with us to conclude orders. We are optimistic that this fair will generate positive results again. We will definitely return next year to expand business.”

 “In business since 1985, Qingdao Jinghua is the largest jewellery group in Qingdao of Shandong Province. We are engaged in diamond polishing and cutting as well as jewellery wholesale and retail businesses. The group is running 25 jewellery shops in Qingdao selling jewellery collections under own brand Jinghua. This is my first visit to the Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair to source various items like packaging bags, jewellery boxes and gift boxes. I am very impressed with the fair’s organisation and the service is superb. Through the business matching service, I’ve already found two new suppliers from Hong Kong for some paper bags and plastic bags. Their craftsmanship is very good with MOQ at 1,000 pieces. Further talks will be held and I expect to place orders for over 30,000 pieces each upon successful negotiation. I will look around for more products and suppliers as there is a diversity of products on offer at the fair. I am ready to purchase the right products immediately.”

 “With a history of 10 years, our company is a leading importer, wholesaler and retailer of Japanese food products in Taiwan. We supply all kinds of Japanese food and currently operate over 10 retail shops. Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair has a lot of interesting products on offer. We are here looking for new packaging items and materials for food categories including plastic bags, tin boxes and labels. We have already got in touch with a number of potential suppliers mostly from Mainland China and hope to finalise business with the best suppliers in different segments. Initial orders are estimated at 20,000 pieces each. Bigger orders will be placed subject to sales of our fast-moving consumer items. This fair is Asia’s premier trade event for packaging products and materials, providing buyers with a lot of choices. We can find good quality packaging items here that really suit our needs.”
