Welcome to the 11th edition of the HKTDC Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair, returning to uncork another vintage journey from vine to cellar. Gathering over 1,070 exhibitors from 33 countries and regions, the Fair features some 70 spectacular wine events including tastings, dedicated zones, interactive demonstrations and trend seminars, representing a global attraction for every wine and spirits lover, from beginner to connoisseur. |

Welcoming Our New Pavilions |
As Asia's premier wine event in the world of wine and spirits, we proudly welcome the following new group pavilions this year: Representing the Chinese mainland are the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Sichuan Council, the Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province, and the General Office of Administrative Committee of Grape Industry Zong of Helan Mountain's East Foothill Wine Region. Joining them are the Czech Grape and Wine Producer Association, Japan’s Gifu Prefecture and the Niigata Sake Brewers' Association along with the Peru Pavilion. Exploring a slightly different journey from vine to bottle, the all new World of Olive Oil, presented by Vinitaly, showcases some of the world’s finest producers of olive oil. Taking full advantage of global health trends, the Organic Wine & Spirits Tasting Corner also makes its debut this year. |
With great acclaim, the Whisky and Spirits Zone is back with famed exhibitors and a range of tastings and workshops. Visitors can enrich their knowledge about whisky and spirits, craftsmanship while sipping on some of the most delightful bottles around. |

Eagerly anticipated by top wine professionals searching for the latest trends, the Wine Industry Conference returns with fascinating insights on “Driving Growth: The Flourishing Asia Wine Market.” Moderated once again by Debra Meiburg MW, Asia’s first Master of Wine, prominent experts will discuss significant industry developments in a must-attend event for serious wine professionals. |

Swirling Education at the Asia Wine Academy |
Taking full advantage of Hong Kong’s interest in wine education, the Asia Wine Academy returns after last year’s successful debut. Co-organised by the HKTDC and the School of Hotel and Tourism Management (SHTM) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, two intensive certificate courses will be taught by acclaimed Masters of Wine, Jeannie Cho Lee and Sarah Heller, as they cover in-depth wine knowledge and practical tastings of high-quality vintages from around the world. |
