The fair is now in full swing! The Hong Kong International Stationery Fair returns with more than 260 exhibitors from 14 countries and regions, showcasing the newest trends in DIY Supplies, Gift Stationery, Kids & School, Pen & Paper, and Smart Office.

The Pen & Paper zone is home to a comprehensive array of quality paper, printing products, and writing instruments.
|
The Smart Office zone caters to the growing trends in home offices, as well as commercial enterprises, with a mix of well-designed office supplies, computer peripherals, consumables and related accessories.

To offer international buyers an efficient sourcing experience, the fair presents five key product zones.

 “We are a trading company based in America, and this is the first time that I’ve visited the show. We are looking to expand our business from gifts and premiums to stationery, and I’ve found many relevant and good quality suppliers here. I have already connected with three to five school supplies exhibitors, who I will discuss further opportunities with. Our existing suppliers are also here, the show is the right spot for us to conduct relevant sourcing and networking.”

 We are returning to the fair for the third year after our positive experience at previous editions. We specialise in animation, but we want to explore the stationery field further and we are trying to find Chinese exhibitors. The exhibition provides a glance into the current industry trends and it is also a great opportunity to network with industry counterparts. We have arranged several appointments with potential suppliers over the next three days. At the next edition, we plan to change our role from buyer to exhibitor to look for more business opportunities.”

 “Our company is based in Hong Kong and we are showcasing many of our newly designed notebooks, pencil cases, pens, and bags. It is a good place to get feedback from the market about our new designs and also generate new business. We target stationery buyers from  Mainland China as well as the international market. Visitors are expressing interest in our products and we have gathered a lot of new contacts. Just in the morning of the first day, I have met with six potential buyers including a mainland sourcing manager and an American buyer. The fair is a good place to get sales leads.”

 “We are a provider of screen protection filters from Korea. The filters can be applied to ATMs, PCs and mobile phones. Last year was my first participation at the show and I found my business partners here in Hong Kong. Because of the great success last year, I am managing the booth together with my partner to further expose ourbrand to the  Chinese market this time. On the first day of the show, we have already successfully engaged with around 50 useful contacts. The show is particularly helpful to increase our brand exposure in new consumer market segments. We will return to the show again next year.”
